St Mungo’s vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. We have been supporting people who are homeless for over 50 years and are at the forefront of efforts to tackle homelessness. We continue to work harder than ever to reverse the rise in homelessness and rough sleeping and change lives for the better.
Our values can be seen in action in Westminster where we manage a number of specialist housing services including those for women, people tackling mental health and substance use issues and pioneering personalised support.​

Following a competitive tender process, Stories was selected as St Mungo's development partner. Their role it is to lead on the day to day delivery of the project. Stories brings an extensive track record in the delivery of new buildings in London.

Established in 2015, Filigree is an expert team of specialist communicators delivering stakeholder engagement, creative campaigns, and original content for a range of clients mainly in the public and charity sectors.

Our work in the built environment supports the regeneration of places through the delivery of creative communications campaigns. We produce shareable content to start conversations with the seldom-heard and find creative ways to bring in new audiences.

AHMM is on of the leading architecture practices. From the founders’ earliest collaboration at university to now, more than 30 years later, AHMM has been based on a firm commitment to the design of buildings of economy, elegance and delight: buildings that reflect a continuing belief in the ability of outstanding architecture to last through time; buildings whose success is defined not just by the use for which they were commissioned, but by their ability to adapt to different uses; buildings that aim to make a positive and lasting contribution to the city around them; buildings that form the backdrop to the city and the theatre of everyday life, but that can be, in themselves, extraordinary.

The principal focus of the practice, therefore, has been the design of everyday buildings in the city. It is our belief that such buildings can, through intelligent design and a professional methodology, be made extraordinary.
